Marketing Intern - Full-time
We're Looking for a Marketing Intern Ready to Drive Real Growth
Missing Piece Studio is a founder-led web design and development agency specializing in SaaS and B2B service companies. We're building our inbound and outbound marketing engine from the ground up and we need a driven, curious Marketing Intern to help us implement our growth strategy.
This isn't a "post on social media and hope for the best" internship. You'll be doing real lead generation work, learning B2B marketing strategy, and earning commission on every project you help close.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with our founder to execute lead generation strategies and build our digital presence. This is a hands-on, high-learning opportunity for someone who wants to understand how B2B marketing actually works.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Primary Focus):
- Research and build lists of high-fit prospects (SaaS companies, marketing agencies, consulting firms, B2B service businesses)
- Execute cold email outreach campaigns following our messaging frameworks
- Qualify inbound leads from website inquiries and content downloads
- Track and manage prospects through our CRM pipeline
- Follow up with warm leads to schedule discovery calls
Email Communications:
- Draft and send personalized outreach emails to ideal client profiles
- Write nurture sequences for different stages of the buyer journey
- Follow up with prospects using our proven templates and frameworks
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve response rates
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage Missing Piece Studio's LinkedIn and Instagram presence
- Create and schedule content that showcases our expertise (case studies, design insights, process behind-the-scenes)
What we need
- Some basic experience with lead generation, email marketing, or social media (internship, freelance, personal projects, or coursework)
- Strong written communication skills. You can write clearly, professionally, and persuasively
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-up (not shy about sending cold emails or engaging on LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated and proactive — you take initiative and ask questions when stuck
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, email platforms, and social media schedulers (or willing to learn quickly)
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with B2B or SaaS marketing (even if just from courses or self-study)
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Buffer, HubSpot, or similar

- Email Marketing: Craft cold outreach, nurture sequences, and follow-ups that actually get responses
- B2B Social Media: Build a brand presence on LinkedIn and Instagram that attracts high-value prospects
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Understand how marketing feeds the sales pipeline and drives revenue
You'll be guided throughout the process by our founder, Jahid, who's built Missing Piece Studio through strategic positioning and marketing (not just design skills).
