We're growing, and we need a talented Web Designer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional work for ambitious clients.

What You'll Do

As a Web Designer at Missing Piece Studio, you'll:

• Design professional, modern websites for SaaS and B2B clients from concept to high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate closely with our strategist and development team to translate business objectives into compelling visual experiences
• Follow structured SOPs to maintain consistency and quality across projects
• Process client feedback quickly and iterate designs with speed and precision
• Use Figma's auto-layout like second nature — clean, scalable, developer-friendly files are non-negotiable
• Contribute to 15-20 client projects per quarter while maintaining the quality bar that defines our work

This isn't about churning out templates. You'll be designing strategic web experiences where every layout decision, typography choice, and interaction pattern is informed by conversion principles and buyer psychology.

What We Need

• 1+ years of professional web design experience (agency or in-house)
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, especially auto-layout, components, and design systems
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, conversion-focused web design (B2B/SaaS experience is a major plus)
• Fast learner who can absorb SOPs, design guidelines, and feedback with minimal friction
• Strong communication skills — you can articulate design decisions and receive feedback professionally
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to pixel-perfect execution
• Self-directed and accountable — you take ownership of your work and deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B service companies
• Familiarity with Webflow's capabilities and constraints
